  • Identify and prospect into large sized enterprises and service providers, and drive and manage the entire sales cycle from building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing the deal
  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling Arago solutions and services to global leaders in the FinTech, TIME (Telecom, IT, Media, Entertainment), Utilities or ISPs sector
  • Through advanced consultative selling techniques sell to C-level and senior level management by effectively communicating our vision and aligning it with our clients’ strategies and goals
  • Develop robust compelling business cases that are aligned to client and Arago goaleverage resources and personally invest in building and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline
  • Educate clients on potential solutions, Arago’s differentiators and positively influence the decision making process
  • Lead a team of other technical and non-technical roles and drive the sales process internally and externally
  • Develop competitive offerings and high-quality proposals
  • 15 years of proven consultative selling experience, preferably selling emerging,
    automation, and/or disruptive technology products/services to Global Top 1000
    companies 
  • Strong track record of big IT deals in the FinTech, TIME (Telecom, IT, Media,
    Entertainment), Utilities or ISPs sector 
  • Brings a wide personal network in one or more of these sectors
  • Experience selling both IT products and consulting services to global enterprises
  • Demonstrable experience in developing C-level relationships: demonstrate business
    acumen in presenting solutions on an ROI basis, strategies, successful penetration of new
    accounts, and building successful client relationships across an entire spectrum of
    buyers, influencers and C-Level decision makers 
  • Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar contract
    signings, preferably where you shaped the deal from the onset 
  • Proven advanced negotiations and closing skills
  • Desire to consistently outperform sales targets in an achievement driven team 
  • Good understanding of systems management & automation software. Being familiar
    with the big ITSM-software-solutions and the ITIL-framework is an advantage 
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise-wide issues and ability to structure innovative,
    integrated solutions that provide complex decision support to global organizations 
  • Experience in the financial engineering aspects of deal development and pricing models 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based
    environment and execute upon agreed strategy
  • Strong ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution 
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory 
  • Willingness to travel
